The One Surest Formula To Stop Any Bad Habit

According to psychologist, it takes approximately 21 days to make an action an habit and at least 3 months to stop any habit.
.
I assume you have a bad habit (like smoking, drinking, masturbating, etc) you wish to stop and you have tried everything possible but you still find yourself wanting or doing the bad habit more.
.
In this post I will explain my sure formula to stop bad habit and list general steps towards stopping it.
.
1. The best way to stop any bad habit is to be reducing the number of times you are doing it.
The truth is that you cant stop abruptly anything that has become a habit but you will only find yourself deep in it when you leave it for a while .
.
Lets take smoking as case study: You have always decided to stop smoking; and you just woke up one day and say you won't smoke again. Lets assume the first day you were successful, the second and third day you didn't too. By the fourth day you started feeling a strong  urge to smoke, but lets assume you didn't give in. Am sure the fifth day the urge will overcome you and you might say "let me just smoke a stick" before you say jack you might have smoked more than 10 sticks in other to atone for the days you have missed it.
Now back to my reduction formula:
Lets assume you normally take 5 sticks every day. You will reduce it to 4 sticks daily for a week, then 3 sticks per day for the next week, you will discover the urge will start falling by itself. Then 2 sticks per day for three days and one stick per day for the next 4 days. Lastly once in a blue moon till you start forgetting to do it. The idea behind this is that it took a while before you get addicted to doing so likewise it will take some time to stop doing it too. So you can use these reduction formula to stop any habit you wish to stop.
Other steps to stop bad habits are:
1. Choose a substitute for your bad habit.
2. Cut out as many triggers as possible.
3. Join forces or compete with somebody who wish to stop too.
4. Surround yourself with people who live the way you want to live.
5. Lastly Visualize yourself succeeding.

DO YOU SEE THESE STRANGE LINES ON YOUR NAILS? DON'T JOKE WITH IT, THIS IS WHAT IT SAYS OF YOUR HEALTH

As I’ve gotten older, those vertical ridges on my nails seem to be getting more and more prominent. That’s when I decided to do some research to see if those ridges meant anything about my health, and if there was anything I could do to get rid of them. What They Mean About Your Health After a lot of research, I did find that there is a small, rare possibility that those ridges can mean an underlying medical condition or possibly even nail trauma. But for most of us, it’s completely normal as we age to see them getting more noticeable, especially if you have dry skin or skin conditions such as eczema. I’m 36, and they’ve only recently started bothering me, but I’m relieved to find that they are most likely harmless. I’m just getting old. But Why Are They There? They’re basically like wrinkles of the nails! As we age, the nail matrix gradually starts to lose it’s effectiveness in some areas, causing your nails to grow out uneven, resulting in what we see as lines or ridges that run from

Introduction to estimation and approximation Estimation is a way of saying a sum is nearly about a figure or find something close to the correct answer. If we write 99, we say that it is nearly or about 100. Another word for estimation is approximation.  this sign means “approximately equal to”. When rounding numbers, do notice the following: a. digits that are less than 5 are rounded down, I.e replaced by zero. b. digits that are 5 or greater than 5 are rounded up. i.e 1 added to the original digit. Rounding whole Numbers to the Nearest Ten  When rounding whole numbers to the nearest ten, simply round up or down the last whole number Note a. numbers like 20, 30,40,90, 100 200, 300, 800, 1000, 2000 b. numbers like 21, 22, 23, 24, are all rounded down
